Who You are:

The Executive Director will manage the southern California branch locations currently in Garden Grove and San Diego (and coming soon to Hollywood & Solvang California). Providing day-to-day support to branch management, fostering a positive working relationships with all clients, circle of support, regional centers ,employees, and the business community. What will you do as an Executive Director?

• Supervise, direct, and motivate all branch managers and staff. Maintains training and morale.
• Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Lead the development and implementation of all growth plans.
• Understand and compliance of state regulations pertaining to the individuals that we serve.
• Meet regularly with managers, individuals that we service and employees to discuss and address concerns of the department.
• Executes client and employee satisfaction goals.
• Manage budget and revenue, maintain budget accountability, and aggressively anticipate and minimize negative budget variances and deficits.
• Maintain company policies, procedures, and licenses, in accordance with state and regional center requirements.
• Attention paid to consistency in the retention of quality personnel
• You must be a road-warrior

• Degree is not required - Experience always comes first
• Management experience working with individuals with disabilities .
• Successful history of building teams and meeting financial goals.
• Knowledge of various computer systems, particularly Excel and Word.
• High degree of accuracy in all assignments; ability to manage time effectively, and work with numerous interruptions.
• Capacity to work evenings and/or weekends and be on-call 24/7.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Previous experience working in Supportive or Independent Living (SLS or ILS), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or similar services.

Our company began offering Supportive Living Services in 2015 and we have since grown to several California locations offering Supportive Living, Independent Living, Mental and Behavioral Health and Day Programs to the Intellectual Disabled community. We are an approved vender for several regional centers. Some our programs are covered by self-pay, insurance and and we also have the track record of providing services for self-determination individuals. .
