The Executive Director of Quality assures competent staff meets patient care and department needs, appropriate supplies and functional equipment. The Executive Director of Quality assures compliance with all regulatory requirements, efficient operation of the department and adherence to hospital policies and procedures. The Executive Director of Quality works collaboratively with the Medical Staff leadership in support of Quality Services department goals. The Executive Director of Quality provides leadership to the organization for compliance with TJC and Title 22 standards.
