**Overview:**

- Assist the Manager in supervising staff and daily store operations

- Handle cash register functions and ensure accuracy in transactions

- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process

- Manage shifts effectively to meet sales targets and operational goals

- Oversee invoice activities and maintain accurate records

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in management techniques

- Experience with cash handling and cash register operations

- Strong team management and supervisory skills

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions

- Competence in shift management and event coordinating

- Familiarity with pricing strategies

- Knowledgeable and comfortable with fine dining etiquette
