Job Summary:
The FOH/Service Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the bar
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Overseeing and training bar staff with the support of the General Manager.
· Organizes and oversees the staff schedules with the support of the General Manager.
· Booking and coordinating of events both on and off site.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Ensures compliance of alcohol service according to Pennsylvania Liquor Laws and Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
· Ensures that every alcohol service staff member is RAMP certified within 2 weeks of hire, helps to manage record keeping to ensure that RAMP certification is maintained by all service staff.
· Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
· Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
· Estimates beverage costs.
· Manages inventory of liquor
· Maintains bar sales records and tip reports.
· Responsible for discounting employee meals and/or employee family discounts.
· Performs other duties as assigned by the general manager.

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previously RAMP certified.
· Previous restaurant management experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
· Prolonged periods of standing.
