The Operations Director is a leader. They have the innate ability to combine curiosity, systems thinking, and data into an insightful conversation. Additionally, they can be counted as a trusted advisor to all levels. Lastly, they understand the big picture as well as the fine details to accomplish specified goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Functional lead or co-lead all agency digital platforms
• Serve as internal agency expert on WorkFront
• Advanced level of understanding of how various tools can help drive efficiencies and processes to ensure tools stay “connected”
• Understanding large data sets and 3rd party integrations
• Developing agency-wide communication plans
• Leading functional and technical teams from Concept to Deployment
• Creating in-house development of digital tools
• Other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field
• 7-10 years relevant experience in advertising or marketing
• Administrator or equivalent level of knowledge of WorkFront required
• Experience leading a team
• Highly collaborative
• Strong organizational skills
• Working familiarity or equivalent level of knowledge of Domo, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent data visualization software
