Busy eye surgeon seeks assistant to help him with both his professional and personal life. Requirements include 2 years’ office or assistant work or equivalent; facility with software and apps including MS Office, Canva, MailChimp, Adobe Pro and Excel; being very organized and proactive; a knack for logistics and time management; the ability to take direction but do a considerable amount of work independently; and a cheerful, collaborative disposition.

Responsibilities include office management; helping him stay organized; simplifying his finances; reviewing patient schedule; making ads, including in Google; website maintenance; planning one conference a year; travel planning; personal calendar, oversight of two properties, one which is being renovated and one which may be rented out; managing clinical research budgets; and troubleshooting issues as they come up in both the office and the home.

The work will be primarily onsite, either at the medical offices or in the homes.

M-F 9am-5pm

$60K/year (may vary with experience)
