Operations Project Manager

Hybrid work schedule – NE Portland, OR

$65,400 per year

Specialized Recruiting Group is partnering with a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing service delivery and community impact. As the Operations Projects Manager you will collaborate with senior leadership on a variety of initiatives, including program management, pilot projects, and social health initiatives, providing technical leadership and overseeing project implementation.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to define schedules, develop work plans, assign responsibilities, and provide regular status updates.
  • Partner with the Director of Programs and People and VP of Operations to develop structured project management to achieve strategic goals.
  • Monitor and coordinate activities with internal and external teams to ensure project progress according to schedule.
  • Escalate and resolve issues promptly, working with the team to find timely solutions.

Analysis

  • Lead the development and prioritization of business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, effectively communicating them to the team.
  • Provide insight on comprehensive solutions considering data, workflows, implementation, and legal/reporting requirements.
  • Review internal processes and advocate for quality improvements to meet business objectives and enhance user acceptance, performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Quality Assurance

  • Develop and enhance standardized methods for efficient handling and communication of programmatic changes.
  • Ensure smooth integration of operational initiatives with company platforms and meet specific data collection requirements.
  • Collaborate with others to analyze, plan, and schedule change deployments, upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities, being the point of contact for testing activities.
  • Execute workflows and training as needed for program operations under the direction of senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year university, with at least four years of project management or related experience; PMP Certificate preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with CRMs, EHR, and data engines preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project and change management principles, with proven experience.
  • Cultural humility and experience with diverse populations and DEI principles.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with accountability and reliability, capable of independent and teamwork.
