What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for Sales Representatives and/or those with Recruiting Experience to join our team. WE ARE A SALES-FOCUSED CULTURE. We are competitive in what we do, and we strive to gain more clients, more job orders, and help more people secure new jobs. EVERYONE in our office is required to make sales calls daily.
You should enjoy talking to people on the phone and be Fearless Making Cold Calls or Walking into a Business. We are true sales professionals at our core. We sell to our clients for them to trust us with their business, we sell to our candidates to consider interviewing with our clients, and we sell both our clients and candidates to finalize a package that makes sense to bring a quality employee to a quality company for a long-term career development opportunity.
Our business model is to grow out our current office and continue to expand. Our expansion with new offices provides excellent long-term incentives for the right candidates. Our environment is casual and friendly, but we expect results to meet or exceed quota! We have good benefits and offer a HIGH COMMISSION POTENTIAL. We are flexible with work/life balance, but we are 100% In-Office in Eau Claire with local travel as necessary. We would say that our culture cannot be beaten. We offer a base Salary plus Commission, and we do not cap your earning potential!
Job Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential growth areas
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
