Chippewa Valley Habitat For Humanity ReStore is Hiring a Director of Development Near Eau Claire, WI

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement Development Strategies and Operations (90%)

· Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to help develop and implement a plan with short- and long-range goals to meet CVHFH funding objectives and enlist support from members of the senior staff, internal and external volunteers, as appropriate

· Develop CVHFH Development policies, systems, and procedures

· Lead sponsorship retention and acquisition efforts

· Take lead in implementing plans for major direct mail fundraising growing the number of sponsors for HHSHP initiatives

· Develop and take lead in implementing plans for electronic fundraising and donor recognition through email land social media

· Develop and implement strategies for major giving and planned giving programs

· Line up meetings with potential major gift donor for the CVHFH Executive Director

· Cultivate relationship with new and exiting donors and solicit major and planned gifts, as requested

Develop and conduct outreach to create opportunities to cultivate relationship with local businesses, civic and social groups, estate and financial planning professionals and other professionals with an interest in the value and mission of CVHFH.

· Write and submit grant proposals to support existing programs and new initiatives as directed by Executive Director

· Develop and conduct outreach to create opportunities to cultivate relationship with local businesses, civic and social groups, estate and financial planning professionals and other professionals with an interest in the value and mission of CVHFH.

· Develop and implement day-to-day processes related to managing incoming revenue, processing donations, and other related tasks.

Other Duties

· Take on special development or other projects, as assigned by the Executive Director

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
