As a customer service representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Be excited to help customers with any and all questions. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This is will be accomplished by being very familiar with company policies, procedures, and inventory.
You will be creating estimates and work orders directly with customers; scheduling work orders with the delivery/warehouse crew, and communicating consistently with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
