WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a / an Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will :
Provide inbound customer support.
Help customers resolve technical issues.
Assist in correcting billing concerns.
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include :
18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
You will be expected to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills.
