Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team And help grow our sales force.
Spark Solar is a long-standing solar company that has built out a rooftop division, focusing on home service products and services. We service and sell anything on the roof from the gutters up. This includes the some really cool products that you have probably ever heard!
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales pros that generate new business opportunities performing inspection, presentations, and closing deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leading a sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales team in sales strategies, cold calling, and prospecting
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients
Skills:
- Self management, ownership of self and schedule, self motivated, energetic, positive, able to lead and sell, and other major leadership qualities.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home service industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software (we will train you)
- Business development mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
