The Spark by Hilton Dallas Market Center is seeking a Director of Sales to join the management team. We are looking for an individual with at least a 5-year track record of growing business for a new hotel brand. Applicant must have strong corporate sales experience and must have experience with transient, leisure, and groups as well. We are looking for an individual who is a strong self-motivator with excellent time management and prioritizing skills. Our Director of Sales is charged with negotiating rates and maintaining the database of all rate plans as well as creating and implementing special promotions to augment the overall sales effort. This position requires you to work calmly under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and delegate and manage effectively while remaining positive and constructive.
