The Human Resources Director serves as a strategic partner to the hospital CEO and other leadership team members, and is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives within an assigned market consistent with the hospital’s strategic goals. The incumbent will support management in a highly diverse range of issues such as: employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development, employee health and benefit program administration. The Director of Human Resources will serve as the broader HR liaison regarding HR policies and procedures. He/she operates independently to ensure objectivity and fairness for employees while supporting the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of the company. The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the hospital CEO and work closely with the Human Resource Generalist. They will support and monitor implementation of company initiatives, policies and procedures, and drive compliance and consistency across the hospital.
