Job title: Resource Assistant - Business Solutions

Southwest Human Development is seeking a Resource Assistant to join our Early Childhood Business Management Program. The Resource Assistant is the first point of contact for services to early care and education providers requesting business management and technical and training support. The Resource Assistant will also provide administrative support to programs through a variety of projects.

In this role you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service to callers requesting technical and training support.
  • Utilizes advance computer skills.
  • Provides administrative support to program staff.
  • Participates in marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Performs data entry in a timely manner and maintains client management systems.
  • Functions as an effective team member with co-works and the community.
  • Communicates accurately, clearly, and professionally.
  • Actively participates in supervision that is regular, reflective, and collaborative in nature.

What it takes:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent use of computer technology including Microsoft Office required.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Experience with data entry and management of databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
