Southland Fence is seeking Sales Reps for the Houston market. Duties and responsibilities include working with commercial accounts to determine their needs, reviewing commercial plans. To be successful with our firm, you should stay up-to-date with product features and be great at following up. Southland Fence has been in business for nearly 30 years, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and satisfaction to all of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Valid Driver’s License
• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure prompt customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with commercial accounts and co-workers
• Achieve the company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service & follow up
• Well groomed and maintain continued professional appearance and demeanor
• Punctuality and Consistent Attendance required

Skills

• Fence and/or general Construction knowledge
• Self-management, goal-oriented personality is a must
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
