$75 – 85K Base Salary plus 3% of GM CommissionThis role comes with Medical Insurance, 401k w/matching, company vehicle, gas card.Full Time: HoustonOur client is looking for a strong Commercial Roofing sales expert to join their team. The Commercial Sales role is responsible for growing the Commercial Sales Division. Must have Commercial Roofing Sales Experience.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow Commercial sales division organically
- Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts
- Manage leads that come into the office and internal marketing efforts
- Train new sales/estimators as needed
- Contribute to overall sales goals
- Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
- Hold self accountable for sales goals
- Oversee project management of sales/estimators
- Execute company vision
- Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Support and abide by the values of the company
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 Years in Commercial Roofing Estimation preferred, 2 Years sales required
- Construction and Commercial experience preferred
- Team Player – Willing to complete processing tasks
- Critical Thinker – Intuition to pick up phone, ask why and respond promptly to questions
- Problem Solver – Take ownership, resolve and communicate with the team.
- Great Communication skills
- Acceptable driving record and auto insurance
