Position Overview: As a Commercial ReRoof Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with commercial clients in need of roofing solutions, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored recommendations and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and cultivate leads to generate new business opportunities within the commercial roofing market.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' roofing needs and recommend suitable solutions from our extensive product portfolio.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, building owners, and facility directors.

Estimate and deliver accurate and competitive project proposals.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and ensure seamless project execution.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Thorough understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to commercial roofing.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
