This Administrator provides daily support to the production superintendents and office staff teams in a variety of capacities. This role provides administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Material management, purchasing and tracking
• Heavy interactions with vendors, liaison between vendor, field, and office
• Supports production and office team in various capacities
• Should be proficient in the construction world and terminology
• Will perform various Website research projects
• Work with staff for data entry in relation to new construction
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work in Excel, Word and Adobe
• Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support and abide by the values of the company
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education Requirements

• 2 years experience in a similar capacity preferred
• EXCEL knowledge is a must
• Excellent MS Office and PowerPoint Knowledge
• Familiarity with office technology
