Southern Oaks Inn is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Saint Augustine, FL

We are hiring enthusiastic, passionate customer service professionals, hoteliers and individuals looking to advance and excel in hotel operations!

Our Front Desk Agents are responsible for collecting payments, taking reservations, general guest services, top-notch customer service and more.

The candidate we're searching for is someone with a flexible schedule who would be interested in covering occasional shifts; there aren't guaranteed weekly hours starting out, though we typically have at least 1 or 2 open shifts per week that this candidate could pick up if desired.

Requirements:

  • Able to work mornings (7am - 3pm) or evenings (3pm - 11pm)
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • 1 or more years in a face-to-face customer service role preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, & holidays
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a calm temperament under pressure

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
