We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various office tasks. **Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Transcribe information accurately when required
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
