WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We're seeking an Aquatics Administrative Assistant with a whatever-it-takes approach to join our team! In this part-time role, you'll be responsible for: WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Assist with on-boarding process for seasonal team members including application process, orientations, trainings, etc. * Assist with Aquatics seasonal recruiting and staffing process including conducting interviews * Assist with coordinating international program including placement and housing * Assist with Aquatics time sheets and schedules * Assign tickets throughout the season * Data entry * Maintain call logs and provide customer service to communities * Must be flexible to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ensure seasonal team members follow all SMC policies and procedures * Assist team members with questions or concerns * Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing tasks and assisting with projects as needed * Comply with all Southern Management's policies and procedures * Perform various other duties as assigned by Vice President and/or Manager JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently * Ability to multitask under critical deadlines and pressure * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of administrative role and computer data entry experience required * Familiarity with American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR programs a plus
