- We are currently seeking a Assistant Marketing Manager $45,000 - $65,000 base plus commission and bonuses annually.
- Our Managers are on a Base Salary, Plus our uncapped bonus and commission plan.
- Recruit, train and motivate your team.
- Work alongside your team while inside Big Box Stores, schedule free in-home estimates and receive bonuses by doing so.
- Examples of stores include: Buying Clubs & Hardware Chains.
- Be a self-starter while working in a team environment and become a fearless face-to-face communicator. Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Regional Marketing Management or Sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Ability and desire to be coached.
