Redwood Consultants is looking for an energetic Account Manager to join our growing Charleston team. This representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best candidate is genuinely excited to help customers; they’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

We focus on face-to-face customer, and client relations-based sales, marketing and business development. This approach has allowed us to generate more direct buyers and long term customers. Our direct approach to generating business for our clients has allowed us to multiply and develop more entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• Seek new sales leads
• Territory management for the greater Charleston area
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Sales Presentations
• Serve as the lead point of contact for our customers
• Ensures quality, standards and client expectations are met
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Pay: $48,643.21 - $58,157.14 per year
