High School Diploma/GED. Relevant experience may be substituted for education. Ability and desire to work with staff throughout the entire Local Agency 114-county area. Ability and desire to work with a multi-cultural population. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Possess management skills and basic computer skills, including ability to use/learn Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook, Monthly ordering, including clinic supplies, and nutrition education materials/supplies. Generate staff/SA emails as requested. Generate daily/monthly reports as assigned. Assist in delivering supplies as needed. Prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents Check documents for accuracy and completeness. Assists Director in establishing program goals/objectives. Facilitates/attends monthly staff meetings. Normal travelability to travel frequently for activities such as meeting, interaction with other agencies, pick up or delivery of supplies, review of records, inspection of facilities, or other activities requiring frequent travel under normal conditions of employment.
