Job Summary: The Front Office Lead is responsible for providing support to all Front Office aspects of the practice. Execute the following responsibilities: Greeting patients upon entry to the office, Check In/Out, registering patients through the patient portal, verifying and updating so that patient information is accurate and current within the patient charts including demographics and insurance verification, collecting and sending medical records release requests, answering clinic phones and following up to voicemails. Providing oversight and guidance in collaboration with the office manager to the team performing the aforementioned and on all incoming and outgoing referrals, authorizations, collecting copays, co-insurance, deductibles or payments on patient balances, and completing end of day practice closing.

It is also the responsibility of the Front Office Lead to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed. This position requires the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills. Bilingual Spanish required.
