The customer service representative will communicate and disseminate information to clients and all levels of personnel to facilitate the clinical testing process for patient results and diagnosis.

In this role, you will :

• Communicates with clients and all levels of personnel in order to disseminate information in regards to clinical testing status and results.
• Researches and resolves problems by following defined procedures in order to meet client satisfaction and expectation.
• Performs clerical duties daily in order to facilitate and document the clinical testing process.
• Telemarketing by using effective customer service techniques in order to develop new accounts and monitor current accounts.
• Builds relationships and improves service satisfaction levels of clients and co-workers by practicing excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Performs related accountabilities / responsibilities as required or directed.

All you need is :

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in customer service requires.
• proven phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
