In this dynamic role, you will lead our organization's transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll leverage your expertise to unlock the full potential of the platform, fostering process automation, insightful reporting, and custom enhancements that propel our business forward.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless alignment with business needs
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business goals into actionable technology strategies
• Champion a data-driven approach, utilizing reporting and dashboards to gain valuable insights and inform decision-making
• Develop and implement automated processes to optimize efficiency and streamline workflows
• Analyze user requirements and craft custom enhancements within Dynamics 365 to address specific business challenges
• Provide Tier 3 support, troubleshooting complex end-user issues and collaborating with internal and external resources to resolve problems effectively
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively documenting business applications, processes, and infrastructure
• Develop and implement a long-term ERP vision, including a 1-3 year strategy and roadmap for system consolidation on a unified platform
• Guide and empower your team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Collaborate with ERP partners to identify innovative solutions and maximize return on investment (ROI) from enterprise software
• Ensure adherence to strict company policies, standards, cybersecurity protocols, and established procedures
• Partner with IT leadership on code reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field (required)
• 3-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 (required)
• Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP systems (required)
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization methodologies (required)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills at all levels (required)
• Experience leading and motivating a team (required)
