SUMMARY

The Dynamics 365 ERP Manager will be responsible for implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 in a large enterprise setting. This role will utilize reporting, dashboards, and automated process development as a catalyst to support the needs of the business. The Dynamics 365 ERP Manager will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, understanding the needs of the business, and developing custom enhancements to improve the business. Working closely with various business leaders throughout the organization and using Dynamics 365 to align technology with business goals and processes.

Ensures Dynamics 365, VIP and other core platforms are operating according to established protocols.

Continue to refine a 1-3-year strategy regarding our ERP transformation.

Adhere to the application & system roadmaps to consolidate systems in a common platform.

Serves as Tier 3 support and resolves end user issues regarding responsible ERP Applications

Work with appropriate operations, partners, and vendors to identify and solve problems.

Document enterprise business applications, processes, and internal infrastructure to quickly access information needed to make purchases and diagnose problems.

Ensure that root causes of platform problems are understood, recommend the solutions, and ensure the solutions are applied.

Provide direct leadership and coaching to the ERP Team to drive long-term organization capacity, bench strength and growth.

Directs and prioritizes the workload of subordinate personnel, responsible for performance reviews and salary administration.

Participate in strategic leadership discussions and sets direction for their team.

Work with our ERP partners to find innovative (leap) solutions to existing business problems.

Leads efforts to ensure company is utilizing functionalities of the enterprise applications and software, ensuring that ROIs are being met.

Ensures that company policies, standards, cybersecurity, and procedures are met, followed, and maintained in accordance with established company.

Conducts Code Reviews with IT leadership.

Must have a consultative mindset when explaining to users not familiar with technical jargon.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and/or 3-5 years of previous support of cloud services in a comparable size organization or 3-5 years working with Microsoft-based ERP Systems and supporting systems or 2-3 year IT Management
  • Extensive knowledge of IT disciplines including but not limited to technical architecture, ERP architecture, Dynamics 365, VIP, EDI Office 365, Azure SQL, Azure Automation, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power BI, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Skilled in project management, problem solving, troubleshooting, organizing workflow and processes; internal customer service.
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently; multi-task; communicate effectively with internal customers and vendors; develop good working relationships.
  • Experience with FinOps, or Manufacturing background preferred.
  • Certificates in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform preferred.
