Soni's well-known client is seeking an efficient HR Coordinator to provide clerical support, including preparing materials and correspondence, filing confidential documents, answering phones, and managing departmental emails. Responsibilities encompass onboarding new employees, managing HR and staff programs, conducting post-offer activities, collaborating with department leaders on job postings, generating HR reports, processing I9/E-Verify, and serving as a resource for employee inquiries. Additionally, this role involves maintaining employee records, conducting exit interviews, and handling separation documentation while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality within the HRIS system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year general HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of word processing software, Excel and/or Google Sheets, Adobe Sign, Google Workspace
Compensation: $20-23/Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
