Position: Regional Manager
Location: Texas
Overview:
As a Regional Manager, you play a pivotal role in steering the success of multiple locations across Texas. Your mission encompasses enhancing profitability, ensuring sustainability, and fostering the overall triumph of each location under your wing. Your leadership is grounded in inspiration and positive influence, focusing on strategic hiring, comprehensive training, effective goal setting, and robust team building.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Development:
Recruit, mentor, and cultivate General Managers who are aligned with our company's vision and objectives.
Support General Managers in team hiring and training processes.
Ensure all General Managers excel in their roles, understanding and implementing company policies, procedures, and financial management practices.
Operational Excellence:
Conduct regular, impactful communications with General Managers to review financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Strategically visit at least one location per week to oversee operations, assess compliance, and guide improvements.
Set clear, measurable goals for operational enhancements, including specific timelines and action plans.
Financial Management:
Oversee and advise on the financial management of locations, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and profitability maximization.
Approve or deny expenditure requests, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Training & Compliance:
Ensure comprehensive training in sweepstakes and bar operations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and profitability.
Implement checks and controls, such as camera surveillance and inventory management, to ensure adherence to company standards.
Strategic Initiatives:
Lead the opening and closing of locations, managing all aspects from staffing to compliance with regulatory requirements.
Foster an environment of teamwork and positivity, ensuring all locations reflect the company's ethos.
Communication & Reporting:
Ensure timely response to communications, aiming for resolution by the end of the day or the start of the next.
Provide weekly reports to the Director and President/CEO, highlighting achievements and outlining objectives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other Regional Managers, sharing best practices and providing support as necessary.
Requirements:
Extensive travel across Texas, with availability to address urgent needs.
Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a multi-location environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
