Full job description
As a Human Resources Specialist in our dealership, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of human resources functions. Your role will involve recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant regulations. You will be a key player in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the well-being of our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of talent management, including onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Proficient in running and maintaining payroll for the dealership 2 times per month.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of workers' compensation claims.
-Work directly with Controller and Ownership on HR related issues.
-Organize employee events and responsible for all employee communications.
-Responsible for ensuring all employees are up to date on compliance training and programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
