**Field Sales Representative**

We are currently seeking a competitive, hard-working individual for an exciting Field Sales Representative opportunity with our telecommunications client in the Dallas area. This is an excellent opportunity for sales-driven individuals that enjoy being outside of the office and engaging with customers face to face.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in the acquisition of new customers. Our client is a leading broadband communications company and the second-largest cable operator in the United States. In this position, you will engage customers at a branded kiosk inside a retail environment. You will then give the customer the best telecom options based on their individual needs. You will be helping our telecom client expand their residential customer base by offering advanced HD TV, high-speed internet, nationwide mobile, and advanced telephone services.

**Pay: $16/hour base pay and uncapped commissions**
**What we're looking for:**
* An enthusiastic and driven individual, who is a fast learner, and confident in explaining and advising customers on the best fit for them of the multiple services that our client provides.
* 3 months of any type of sales experience (retail, telephone sales, D2D).
* An awesome personality with excellent communication skills, the ability to challenge yourself and work in a team environment.
* Previous experience with telecom sales is preferred but not required.
* Conduct all business in an ethical manner and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
* Familiarity with different sales techniques.
* Goal-oriented individual with a hustler mindset.
* Having a vehicle is preferred.
**What should you expect:**
* **You will be required to work in a retail environment and work in different locations.**
* All criminal record checks will be conducted.
* Build relationships with store management
* Comprehensive virtual and classroom training and ongoing support are provided.
