Systems Operations Engineer

Location: 150 East 42nd Street New York New York 10017 United States ( need nearby candidates within 50 to 60 miles from client location)

Work Arrangement : 3 days office 2 days remote

Comments: Incident Problem Management lead within the Technology Platform Management Team supporting the Chief Operating Office. The role will support the centralized Problem Management function with responsibility for driving production stability across the organization through strong problem management routines and evolution of existing processes to improve controls and efficiencies across the team. This position requires a high degree of organization and influence to drive accountable ownership and resolution. Providing a high value responsive service and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders are key requisites along with working in a collaborative manner and producing metric driven reports and analysis.
