Sock Club is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to work on our Operations team in the promotional B2B industry. In this role, you will influence and shape how we do our best work and will lead a variety of efforts spanning internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Specifically working closely with vendors, product management, and engineering teams.

Duties:

• Increasing our competitive advantage in speed
• Optimize planning and scheduling systems for speed, costs, and performance 
• Continuous improvement and ongoing analysis of capacity, costs, and lead time
• Making data-driven suggestions, and initiating and executing new projects from your insights
• Propose and establish new processes, tools, and/or automation to help our supply chain, vendors, and internal teams operate more effectively
• Serve as an operational escalation point for team members between internal teams and engineering teams
• Support and overflow valve for day-to-day production activities as needed

Qualities and Expectations:

• A self-starter with a proven ability to deliver results with minimal assistance is a must.
• 1-2 years of project management
• Ability to simplify complex challenges and technologies into simpler outcomes and stories to drive shared understandings
• Analyze, interpret, and make product decisions based on data and statistics
• Write product initiatives including supporting financials and cost analysis
• Able to confidently demonstrate products, and influence senior management, and other internal or external stakeholders
• Ability to balance many projects at one time 
• You have advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop complex models and insights-driven quantitative analysis
• Must be familiar with SQL. Some experience with Python/Javascript/Rails or related programming languages is a huge plus but not required.
• Previous B2B experience is a plus!
• Previous promotional product experience is a plus!
