Summary

The Supply Chain Specialist position is directly involved in the sourcing, ordering, scheduling and ongoing production support of the company’s product line by utilizing Electronic Contract Manufacturers to manufacture its products to exacting specifications. This position will also support the existing install base by sourcing necessary services, materials and supplies to support the product in the field. Maintain positive relationships with Contract Manufacturers, Suppliers and Distributors. Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries. Protect brand image and reliability. Foster growth-friendly supply chain practices. Train employees, emphasizing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of excellence. Analyze shipping and delivery data with an eye for optimization. Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses (3PL) and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital. Demonstrate skillset necessary for future manager opportunity as a part of a designed Succession Plan.
