Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations, from procurement to logistics. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of materials and products throughout our organization. Duties and responsibilities

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
• Collaborate across the organization, specifically with the Clinical Team
• Determine key supply chain KPIs
• Negotiate initial contracts and ensure effective delivery of supply
• Suggest solutions for process improvements
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Work with clinical, operations, and product teams to determine best vendors and distributors
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Requirements and qualifications

• Previous working experience in Supply Chain Management for 3 years
• Ability to negotiate effective vendor contracts
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field
• Experience in healthcare supply chain preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
