The College Human Resources Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department of the college. This position involves providing administrative assistance to HR staff, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and college policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Graduation from an accredited institution with a high school or equivalent diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous administrative experience, preferably in a human resources or higher education setting.
