Smurfit Kappa is Hiring a HRIS Analyst Near Irving, TX
- Provides support with HR activity in relation to all systems processes and workflows
- Maintains HCM troubleshooting and updates
- Collaborates with Corporate HR/Payroll team to create, maintain, and update projects and initiatives
- Collaborates with Corporate HR team to develop high-quality documentation and job aids related to design, configuration, processes, workflow and integration/interface requirements
- Tracks and follows issues to resolution including following up and communications to internal customers
- Troubleshoots technical issues related to system functionality, development, and data integrity with all HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent.
- Follows standard methodologies for determining technical and operational requirements for testing and implementation of current, new, and modified HRIS components
- Bachelor's degree or heavy college coursework in the field of human resources, human resource systems, project management, or comparable work experience
- Ability to analyze & follow through on requests and provide viable solutions
- Flexible with the ability to prioritize and pivot as projects and customer needs change
- Good communicator with both internal and external customers
- Ability to foster relationships with external vendors and work directly with outside agencies to maintain and update systems
- Ability to deal with problems and work autonomously or with little daily direction
