Smoked is a fine dining restaurant with a focus on smoked meats and fresh seafood! we are a craft cocktail-focused establishment with an in-house brewery and an extensive wine selection. we are looking for an experienced and motivated Bartender to add to our team! experience with high volume craft cocktails as well as knowledge about spirits and classic cocktails is a must.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
