Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

Skills:
- Previous experience in the restaurant, catering, or food service industry
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with banquet operations and event planning
- Ability to mix and serve a variety of beverages, including brewing coffee and crafting cocktails
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
