Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquet events
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic retail math skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food service and catering practices is a plus
