1 to 2 years serving experience required****
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food service regulations and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to learn about culinary offerings and provide recommendations to customers

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting trays or other items weighing up to 25 pounds. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is also required.
