We are currently seeking career minded, highly motivated, energetic, friendly, and sales-oriented leaders with excellent customer service and critical thinking skills for Assistant Store Manager (ASM) positions in the Charlotte NC area. The position is responsible for the management and daily operations of our self-storage facilities, including but not limited to: customer relations, sales, office duties, and indoor/outdoor basic maintenance responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
· Rental of storage units including preparation of rental agreements
· Consult customers, sell, and up sell merchandise, protection plans, and rentals
· Handling financial transactions, banking activities, and collections
· Maintaining a working knowledge of all products, software programs, and services
· Maintaining clean ready to rent units and a general curb appeal both inside and out
· Other duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
· A competitive drive to be a leader in all aspects of the business including sales. Leading to a record of top tier performance of key metrics and/or company standards of goals
· Ability to work weekends
· Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
· Ability and willingness to travel to stores within the district (Asheville area) for coverage
· Ability to team lift/carry 50 lbs.
