We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage a team for peak performance in a retail-service environment. The Assistant Manager helps the Center Manager run the day-to-day operations of this retail location.
Other skills required are strong organizational skills, motivating leadership skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, some accounting knowledge, and good computer skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
2 Years of Supervisory experience in shipping, print, retail or other relevant industry Required
2 Years of Customer Service Experience Required
Experience working with events and in the Hospitality industry
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office & Print Production Desired
High school diploma or GED required. Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school desired.
Language Skills: Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers and co-workers, in person, over the phone and by email.
Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to operate a manual pallet jack for moving freight type shipments. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Passionate, high energy and outgoing personality. Ability to problem solve and think critically through challenging scenarios.
