Urban Medspa and Weight Loss Center is Hiring an Assistant Manager Near Charlotte, NC

Full Job Description

Seeking Full Time professional who EXUDE positive attitude and capable of providing excellent Customer Service for a Very Busy Spa.

  • The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in the daily operations of the business. This role involves managing staff, overseeing inventory, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and executing company policies. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Compensation:

  • $40,000-45,000 with Bonus
  • Vacation or Paid Time Off (PTO) for full time employees (40 hrs/week)
  • Medical Insurance Incentive for full time employees
  • Career Growth and Advancement (Make more money based upon experience)
  • Steady Pay Check with Great Earnings potential

Job duties:

  • Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising employees.
  • Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Foster a positive work environment and team spirit.
  • Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Assist Manager with customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback and make improvements as needed.
  • Support the Manager in achieving sales targets and managing costs
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place.
  • Assist in payroll processing and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a Medical Spa environment (Preferred)
  • Facials Products Sales Experience is a plus
  • Associates degree
