Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of call center agents
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center productivity and performance
- Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and set goals
- Generate reports on call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call center environment, with a focus on sales and customer service
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to effectively communicate, manage, and motivate a team
- Leadership qualities with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
