We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Team Lead to join our customer service department. The Customer Care Team Lead will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of the call center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
  • Provide guidance on complex customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Monitor and evaluate calls for quality assurance and adherence to company policies.
  • Implement improvement plans based on performance assessments.
  • Provide ongoing training to enhance the skills of team members.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient call center performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure resolutions are provided promptly.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Foster open communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Communicate performance goals, expectations, and updates to team members.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Call Center experience required (2 years)
  • Call Center Leadership (1 year) preferred.
  • Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
  • Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.

Expected hours: 40 per week
