• Part time (15-20 hours weekly) to full time (32 hours) floater teachers
• Full time lead teachers (infant 6 weeks to 17 months, toddler 18 months to 2.5 yrs, PreK 3-5 yrs old and school age 5-12 yrs)
• Before and after school care for school age
• Our scheduled shifts are typically 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm and are subject to change based on attendance/ratios

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
• Lead teachers must have minimum of CDA, AA or BA in early childhood education
• Must pass a background check upon hire
• Provide shot records and receive a work physical upon hire

Small Wonders Discovery and Learning Center is seeking the BEST child care workers in the Columbiana and Mahoning counties!! We have 7 childcare centers (Canfield inside the MCCTC, Canfield off of 46, Columbiana, Leetonia & Salem, West Branch and Youngstown) that are 5 star rated through Step Up to Quality! Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
