Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of the Director, place orders for instrumentation and lab

equipment/supplies and track purchase through the process, identifying and resolving

problems. This includes vendor set-up, sole source justification, etc.

• Serve as P-card and T-card custodian, working with lab managers to verify purchases, resolve

issues, etc.

• Process reimbursements for Director and shared lab manager group

• Invoice internal and external users, processing transfers, managing deposits, etc.

• Support quarterly and monthly events, including arranging for catering orders

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education

and relevant experience.

• Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email

applications.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
